Am I Saved?
Assurance is not arrogance - it is resting in what Jesus has done, not what you must do to earn His love.
“I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.”
Salvation is by grace through faith
You are saved by grace through faith, not by works. If you trust Jesus, your standing before God rests on Him.
Doubts do not automatically mean you are unsaved - they mean you are human. Bring them to God in prayer.
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, so that no one can boast.”
Evidence of new life
Scripture describes marks of genuine faith: love for God and others, desire to obey, and trust in Christ's finished work.
Growth is gradual. The direction of your heart matters more than a perfect track record.
“We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other.”
When doubt persists
Talk with a mature believer or pastor. Read Romans and 1 John. Ask God for assurance - He gives generously.
KINGDOM's Gospel Journey walks through the core truths of faith step by step.
“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
